The Ticia bungalow is a comfortable T3 type bagalow located in Sainte-Anne near Saint-Francois.  
Ticia is composed of:  
2 air-conditioned bedrooms of 9m2 (double bed for each with sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, and storage cabinets, towels)  
A 16m2 living room opening onto an equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, 4 gas burners, oven, various utensils. Crockery, senseo coffee maker, kettle, table and coffee table, chairs, armchairs, TV)  
1 window type overlooking a 12m2 covered terrace followed by a deck type terrace with private pool. Garden access. Private land,  
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 sink, 1 toilet, hair dryer  
Located on the stone road and vacation close to beaches and amenities.  
Less than 5 minutes walk to enjoy the stone beach and vacation  
About 2km from the coarse sand beach for swimming and where to take surf lessons  
About 10 minutes from the beach "Bois Jolan" landscape type postcard  
About 10km from the center of Sainte-anne and the beach from the city center  
About 150 m on foot, from an Antillean buffet restaurant at will for lunch and dinner "le cocotier"  
About 2 min by car from a petrol station with bread depot, mini-market, doctor and pharmacy  
A few meters from one of the main road in Guadeloupe, on one side towards Sainte-Anne Center, Gosier, Abymes, Pointe-à-Pitre ... then Basse Terre and on the other side Saint-Francois with its tip castles, the Moule, Petit-canal and Anse Bertrand ..
