Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 57 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Sainte-Anne, less than a kilometer from the sea, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and an 18 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises

\- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: air-conditioned room with double bed (140×190)

#### photos qui vendent du rêve mais juste du rêve ...

Les photos vendent du rêve, nous avons subi tout ce qui suit, cela nous a gâché une bonne partie des vacances ! La maison est située très proche d'un marécage, confirmé par les locaux qui nous interpelaient en nous voyant car nous avons été envahis de yens yens (moucherons qui piquent) et de moustiques ! nous avons été recouverts de piqûres au point de se rendre chez le médecin, tellement elles sont douloureuses, même encore maintenant Les soirées sur la terrasse n'étaient pas sereines : pantalons et manches longues pour pouvoir quand même savourer les repas martiniquais. La conciergerie est venue nettoyer la literie mais pas l'ensemble de la maison, hors contrat, nous a-t-on répondu La maison est charmante de l'extérieur mais l'intérieur décevant: un cafard mort retrouvé sous les meubles, le lave-vaisselle qui ne fermait pas tout seul (obliger de bloquer la porte avec le pied), la grande baie aussi (obliger de fermer le volet), la route adjacente, extrêmement bruyante, une télécommande de climatisation sur 2 qui fonctionnait et j'en passe, photos à l'appui. Mis bout à bout, ces petites choses confirment notre avis négatif. A un tel tarif, nous nous attendions à de bien meilleures prestations. Nous ne recommandons pas cette maison à d'autres vacanciers, cela gâcherait leur vacances. Nous attendons un geste du gérant immobilier. Heureusement, la Martinique est une île magnifique, les locaux sont accueillants, cela s'est très bien passé tant que nous étions partis en vadrouille
