Summary:
You'll be charmed by our rustic chalet with all the modern comforts you could wish for. The chalet has retained its old-world look while being well maintained over the years.

It's perfect for the whole family, with two separate living areas, each with a wood-burning fireplace.

The chalet is perfectly situated for access to the beach at Lac Major, a 5-minute walk away from the cottage. There are over 5 ski hills within 25 minutes of the chalet.

The Space:
The house is located on a large plot in the heart of nature. There is a volleyball court.

The house is a single-storey building. As you enter, you'll come to one of the family rooms. There's a wood-burning fireplace in this family room. You'll have immediate access to a powder room and the large room with washer and dryer.

In this part of the house, you'll also have access to two bedrooms, one with two double beds and the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a crib for the little ones. A full bathroom with bath/shower is available in this part of the house.

Next, you'll enter the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances as well as smaller ones like a microwave, a small oven, a blender, a filter coffee maker with coffee provided, an original nespresso machine and much more. Everything you need to cook a large feast.

From the dining room, you'll have access to the second family room, which also has a wood-burning fireplace.

The other three bedrooms are in this part of the house.

One bedroom with two single beds.
One bedroom with a queen-size bed.
Another bedroom with a Queen-size bed.

A full bathroom with shower is also accessible in this part of the house.

The house has been renovated over the years so that the two parts of the house blend harmoniously.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire house and grounds.

Both televisions have basic cable. Each TV is equipped with a fire stick. You can connect to netflix or other streaming applications with your login info.

Unlimited high-speed wifi.

Two fireplaces with wood. (just fetch it from the outside locker).

A bassinette, a pack and play, and toys for children.

Two booster high chairs.

A filter coffee maker and the original Nespresso. (coffee is supplied for both).

Fondue and raclette dishes.

Bedding and shower towels provided.

Other Things to Note:
The second-floor loft contains our personal belongings and is not accessible. The basement is not accessible.

**Please note that the property currently has an empty in-ground pool (maximum depth 4 feet). The area is temporarily fenced off for security reasons to block access. Please exercise caution when enjoying the many outdoor activities. The pool is not functional and never will be. **
