« The staff at Margaritaville was excellent. They were pleasant, supportive and there to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was easy access to Coki Beach and the Coral World Sea Park, which was an awesome experience. The room was spacious and comfortable and provided easy access to the amenities at the resort. Unfortunately, while we were there, they did close down one of the two pools and pool bars for renovations, but it had to be done sometime. There were two TVs in the room, but...

The initial interaction with front desk staff was not the warmest of what I expected but it got better. The property's location is great, very easy access into town. However, it is not easily accessible driving to the property initially. The rooms were very spacious and my favorite part of the hotel. »

« The location was great, the grounds of the resort are well kept and look amazing, the room was great and also on a great location, CLEAN! The resort service was horrible, the ladies at the check in were nice, but had not received our reservation, I had to call VRBO, they tried to get me to call another number, but I refused to do so, I booked it trough VRBO and I expect them to assist me. The service at the restaurants is very slow, pool bar was the same slow service. I am happy we enjoy this...
