Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans notre villa moderne, nichée en haut de la colline, offrant une vue spectaculaire et un cadre paisible et élégant pour votre séjour.  
  
Perchée à 3 km du village de La Clayette, cette villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes, offrant ainsi un espace spacieux pour les familles nombreuses ou les groupes d'amis.

Vous aurez l'opportunité de respirer l'air pur des monts du Sud Brionnais et de profiter pleinement de la beauté naturelle qui entoure notre villa.  
La Clayette, avec son étang, est un village charmant implanté en amphithéâtre, créant ainsi un décor pittoresque. Notre maison, située en pleine nature, repose sur un vaste terrain arboré, offrant un espace idéal pour se détendre, se ressourcer et passer des moments inoubliables en famille ou entre amis.

#### FUYEZ ! Une arnaque ...

Déjour du 25 au 27 avril 2025.Tentative par le propriétaire de blocage de mon dépôt de garantie de 1000,00 euros suite à "vitre de la porte de placard d'une chambre cassé, et peinture sur les murs enlevée suite à des chocs", alors que la loi lui impose au préalable d'apporter la preuve des dégâts que j'aurais pu commettre, en effectuant de manière contradictoire un état des lieux de sortie, qui ne doit pas être unilatéralement réalisé en l'absence du locataire, mais doit lui être opposable et effectué en sa présence. Ce qui n'a JAMAIS été fait.Par ailleurs, l'état de ce logement était déplorable : meubles reposant sur des cartons, poignées de portes de placard arrachées, huisseries de volets manquantes, lame de parquet flottant qui se fait la malle, etc, etc, etc : j'ai pris des photos de tout ça. En revanche, la liste est incomplète, car à l'entrée dans les lieux je n'ai pas voulu passer 2 heures à prendre des photos de tout ce qui était cassé. Et que dire du wifi inexistant et d'une salle d'eau inutilisable alors qu'on était 14 (température de l'eau de la baignoire bloquée à 70 degrés) bien que ces prestations soient vendues dans la réservation.Fuyez si vous ne voulez pas subir une tentative d'extorsion de fonds ...

Très agréable séjour en famille, maison spacieuse, literie très confortable, la salle de billard a ravi tout le monde. Quel plaisir d'avoir une vue magnifique sur la campagne vallonnée et d'apercevoir le chateau de Drée.

Maison idéalement situé en pleine nature. Sejour agréable malgré une maison qui ne respire pas la propreté au rez de chaussé en tout cas. Toile d'araignées, table avec traces de verres des précédents locataires salle de jeu douteuse. Pas suffisamment de vaisselle pour tous (tasse a café, bols)
