The Space:  
La Voie Romaine 1 by Tiny Away offers the charm of tiny house living in a peaceful natural setting, surrounded by stunning views and a majestic tree providing cool shade. It’s the perfect spot to read, relax, or unwind in nature.   
  
Located near a quaint village with a supermarket, a historic Roman site, and scenic hiking trails, this tiny house is close to Limoges, La Souterraine, and Châteauroux via a picturesque route through Ceylon and Saint-Marcel.  
  
This 159-square-foot tiny house is surrounded by trees, with easy access to water, split-air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.  
  
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny house," La Voie Romaine 2," available with 24 hours' notice.  
  
Guest Access:  
ADVISORY: Check-in starts at 4 PM. Early check-in may be possible—contact the host in advance.  
  
Guests have access to the tiny house and its 1000 sqm surroundings, excluding nearby private residences. For groups over two, a tent setup is available at an additional cost.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
La Voie Romaine 1 by Tiny Away is located in the charming countryside of Saint-Sébastien, surrounded by green hills and historic beauty—an ideal retreat from city life. Local highlights include Limoges, famous for its porcelain and medieval architecture, while La Souterraine charms visitors with its quiet streets and relaxed atmosphere. Further along, Éguzon-Chantôme impresses with its stunning natural beauty, and nearby, the Espace Patrimoine Klepsydra offers exhibitions and cultural events in a historic setting.   
  
Moreover, Lake Éguzon is ideal for sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing. Finally, as you head toward Châteauroux, take the scenic route through Ceylon and Saint-Marcel—you’ll arrive in a lively city full of history, culture, and local charm.

By public transport: We recommend guests travel by private vehicle or book private transport as there are no public transports available directly from our property. Thank you.

\- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed  
\- Charcoal and Gas BBQ available with prior notice  
\- Vodafone and Orange S.A. have good signals, while the rest are weak.  
\- No smoking inside the tiny house, designated smoking areas are available.  
\- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.  
\- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.  
  
Important note:  
  
\- Dispose of cigarette butts properly to prevent bushfires.  
\- Due to the area's rural location, there may be insects. Please bring insect repellant  
\- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
