### Modern stylish flat with sea view for four persons in Cap Esterel

With simple-but-elegant furnishings and high-quality fittings, this apartment has air conditioning, a fibre optic internet connection, and a large LED TV. Located at the top of the hilly Cap Esterel holiday village, the apartment can be reached either on foot or by car (not suitable for holidaymakers with walking disabilities). Due to its location, it has a breath-taking view of the sea and the holiday resort.   
  
Guests have two separate bedrooms, a shower room, a guest WC, and a large living/dining area with open-plan kitchen, and access to the terrace. A small seating area in front of the apartment invites guests to soak up the sunshine in the colder seasons.  
  
Enjoy your summer holiday in a car-free resort above Saint-Raphaël - against the backdrop of the Massif de l’Esterel mountains and with a view of the sea.   
  
When in need of some refreshment, guests will be spoilt for choice! Discover the bay of Agay—only a small path away—or take advantage of the resort’s various swimming areas: an infinity pool for the grown-ups, wave pool and slides for the kids, and a toddlers’ pool for the little ones.  
  
The resort’s clubs cater for children aged between three months and 17 years. The younger ones will be immersed in a world of discovery and creativity, and teenagers will explore the resort and quickly make new friends.
