Charming house located 1.5 km from the beach, small sea view, 3.5 km from shops and a 10-minute walk from walks in the Massif des Maures. Calm and family residence with a shared secure swimming pool. The house consists of 2 terraces, one on the front, the other upstairs with a Mediterranean garden with an area of (130m). Very relaxing atmosphere. 2 bedrooms upstairs: one open to the mezzanine and the other private with solarium. Private parking space adjacent to the house.
Vehicle recommended.
A deposit check of 500 euros will be requested upon delivery of the keys. (Check not cashed). except degradation

Prima huis om vakantie te vieren .

Hele week samen genoten van de prachtige omgeving. Door onze e-bikes was het kleine stukje weg vanaf de kust goed te doen en konden we veel bezoeken zonder de auto nodig te hebben. Tussen Ste Maxime en Ste Raphaël goed te fietsen met slechts kleine stukjes langs de weg en daarnaast veel fietspaden.

Très bien

Excellent séjour dans ce petit paradis, un endroit idéal pour se détendre, proche des plages de sable, de belles balades sont également accessibles à pied. Notre coup de coeur c'est le petit jardinet du haut, un endroit magique entouré de plantes et de fleurs. Les propriétaires ont été très à l'écoute et réactifs quand nous avions besoin, un accueil parfait !

A fuir !!

J’ ai réservé cette location en me basant sur les commentaires des voyageurs précédant , quelle déception !!! Maison bien située proche de la mer comme l’ indique l’ annonce , environnement bruyant (voisins qui font la fête jusqu’au petit matin , chiens qui aboient nuit et jour ) la terrasse principale donne sur la route donc peu d’ intimité , rideaux de la pièce à vivre hors d’ usage ,canapé du salon cassé , housse et coussins sales, branchements électriques pas aux normes ( très dangereux lorsqu’on voyage avec un enfant de 2 ans)salle de bain, toilettes et cuisine vieillissante mal équipée , ustensiles de cuisines en mauvais état , frigo cassé , le linge de toilette usagé. Nous avons eu une fuite d’eau dans la chambre de la mezzanine lors d’un orage , chaleur étouffante à l’étage malgré les ventilateurs. Un propriétaire incapable de fournir une facture ou un reçu en fin de séjour ce qui est la moindre des choses lors d’une transaction commerciale . Le propriétaire m’ a bloquer sur le site pour m’ empêcher de rédiger un avis . Je ne recommande pas cette location .

Sans climatisation et malgré la mise à disposition de deux ventilateurs.Il est compliqué de trouver le sommeil. C’est le seul point négatif.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Blick bis zum Meer

Das Haus ist gut gepflegt und alle vorhandenen Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es gibt mehrere Plätze, wo man draußen sitzen kann: einen großen Balkon, eine Terrasse vor dem Eingang und kleiner Garten auf der Höhe der oberen Etage mit Tisch und Stühlen. Dort ist es recht windgeschützt. Wir wurden von einer Bekannten der Eigentümer sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie kam auch zur Schlüsselübergabe am Schluss wieder. Alles lief völlig problemlos und unkompliziert.

Endroit très paisible

Pour des vacances au calme, environnement paisible, agréable et une maison propre, confortable mais il manque juste la climatisation afin de passer surtout pour la nuit

Merveilleux!

Paradisiaque! C'est le seul mot qui me vient à l'esprit! La maison est spacieuse et confortable! La literie de rêve! Une belle terrasse entourée de fleurs de toutes les couleurs. Un petit jardinet sorti tout droit de contes de fée et la symphonie des chants d'oiseaux! Une splendide plage de sable surveillée et la qualité de restauration de Maeva et de Windy's permet d'oublier complètement le grisaille parisienne, les soucis du quotidien et l'horreur du covid. Un environnement charmant en toute quiétude

Résidence très fonctionnelle ( bonnes literies de surcroît + 1petit canapé lità l'étage pour un enfant ) dans un environnement très agréable éloigné de la foule estivale mais prés de tout avec une voiture dans un périmètre de 2 à 5kms. Une grande piscine qui permet de compléter la baignade en mer. Endroit idéal si l'on recherche à la fois repos ,plages à proximité et découverte des paysages , villages à l'intérieur des terres .

Il ne manque que la clim

Jolie maison bien entretenue, décorée et équipée dans un quartier sympathique et proche de toutes les commodités. Le piscine toute proche est commune mais n'est pas prise d'assault comme nous aurions pu le craindre. Une dizaine de personnes presentes à chaque fois maximum donc c'est appréciable de pouvoir s'y baigner. Il ne manque que la clim surtout à l'étage où il fait une chaleur parfois étouffante pour dormir.

Séjour reposant

Location tout confort propre ideale pour famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Toilette séparée de la salle de bain Beaucoup de rangements.. La terrasse est grande et il est agréable de manger dehors le cadre est beau et la résidence est calme avec sa piscine à quelques mètres de la location. Seul bémol : prendre la voiture pour allez à la plage 1km5 prendre la voiture pour commerces

Agréable petite maison aux Issambres

Location très bien située à 5 mn en voiture de la plage et de très jolies criques. Très bon accueil facilitateur des propriétaires. Attention, voiture indispensable. Maison agréable, très proche des voisins ( terrasse côte à côte.) Une seule chambre et une mezzanine. La maison est plutôt faite pour 4 personnes. Le plus : lits faits à l’arrivée. La piscine très agréable à 3 mn de la maison. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Très beau cadre

Propriété propre et bien agencé, très bien situé pour visiter la région ( proche de la mer et des calanques). Être véhiculé. Nous avions passé un excellent séjour!
