Le Hameau is a large resort located within the prestigious Village Cap Estérel complex in Saint-raphaël, France. This holiday rental offers a range of amenities including a shared swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, parking, tennis court, EV charging station, and an installment plan for your convenience. The resort is situated on a slope, offering a scenic setting amidst the residential district, just 900 meters from the sea and the beach.  
  
Outdoors  
The resort boasts a vast 210-hectare park area with five seasonal swimming pools (available from April 6 to November 3). Families can enjoy the children's pool, playground with slides and swings, as well as tennis courts (extra fee), basketball, and boccia facilities. The complex also offers a pedestrian area, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for outdoor activities.

Within the complex, you'll find a spa area (extra fee), shopping facilities, and a laundry service (extra fee). Nearby, there are shops, a grocery store (500 meters away), a supermarket (6 kilometers away), restaurants, bakeries (500 meters away), and a bus stop "Ligne 21" (300 meters away). The Saint-Raphaël-Valescure TGV railway station is 9 kilometers from the resort, offering convenient transportation options.

Unit Layout  
Le Hameau (L2 202) is a 3-room apartment with a total area of 40 square meters, situated on the 1st floor. The living room features a panoramic window and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people (140 cm wide, 190 cm long). There is also a TV (flat screen) and electric heating in the living room, with access to a terrace.  
  
The apartment has one bedroom with a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), and a sleeping alcove equipped with 2 bunk beds (80 cm wide, 190 cm long). The open kitchen is well-appointed with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is furnished with a bathroom that includes a shower and toilet. Electric heating is available throughout the unit. The terrace measures 13 square meters and is roofed with outdoor furniture, offering views of the sea and the swimming pool. Additional amenities include a washing machine, baby cot (extra charge), and a hair dryer. Internet access (WiFi) is available for an extra fee.  
  
A reserved parking space (No. 2107) is provided, measuring 2.20m x 3.30m, with a roofed cover and a maximum height clearance of 1.80m, suitable for one car. Please note that this is a non-smoking property with a smoke alarm installed.
