• The pool is shared, unheated and unattended!! It is accessible thanks to bracelets provided in your accommodation.  
• Villa Belle-Île is strictly non-smoking.  
• If the villa smells like cigarettes, your deposit will be collected in full.  
• Check-in in person or Check-in key box in case of unforeseen or delay.

• Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, Tassimo, toaster, pans, pots, oven dishes, glasses, plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils.  
• Living and dining room equipped with a sofa, an extendable table with 2 benches and 2 chairs, a coffee table, a TV cabinet and a console. TV box with wifi  
• Garage with shower/toilet/hand washer and washing machine.  
  
\- Upstairs:  
  
• Parent room with a double bed (160x200), a dressing room, a desk and an armchair, as well as a TV with DTT  
• Bedroom "dormitory" equipped with 2 bunk beds, children's games, a table and a chair for children  
• "Friends" room equipped with a double bed (140x190), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe

Très bon accueil disponibilité excellente appartement très spacieux propre et très bien agencé. Le jardinet super ou toute est dispo, vélos banquette fauteuils table chaises etc... Je recommande cette location.
