Close to all shops and beaches (200m) The house has a 60 m² living room. On the ground floor the living room, the dining room, an open kitchen and two bedrooms (13 and 16 m²) with a bathroom including a toilet and separate toilet. Upstairs two bedrooms of 13 and 12 m2 each with its own bathroom. All the rooms open onto the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. The house has underfloor heating. The construction was carried out to offer all modern comfort with noble quality materials. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the layout of the house is particularly suitable for couples of friends. The house is a 3 minute walk from the beach.
