The 5-room house has a total area of 130 square meters and is situated on the ground floor. It features a comfortable living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and an exit leading to the terrace. The property has four bedrooms: one room with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, another room with a French bed of the same dimensions, a third room with a 90 cm wide and 190 cm long bed as well as a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, and the fourth room equipped with two bunk beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. The house also includes an open kitchen with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, it has a bathroom and a separate toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house is equipped with a washing machine, a children's high chair, and a hair dryer. It also provides internet access via WiFi, subject to additional charges. For your convenience, the property features terrace furniture on the 20-square-meter terrace and a 300-square-meter garden with a north-facing position. Moreover, a smoke alarm is installed for your safety.
