« Overall, this is a comfortable home to stay in. Sitting on the front porch is delightful, the river is peaceful, a visit from the kitty cat next-door welcomed. « Our stay with several family members ranging from young kids to seniors with walkers worked out great. « My son and i were looking for a midpoint in a curvy Pensylvania route. Parker,PA was interesting. Its a little paddle stop on the Allegheny River. The little house is just sown river of town. Maker sure to ask about kayaks and bikes ahead of time, or bring your own i guess. Sweet little cottage. Private enough for good conversation. »

« My husband and I returned for the 3rd year in a row. We brought along my BiL & wife (this is their 2nd year in a row), and a couple of friends. Everyone agreed the house was great and location was perfect for a trip down the river. House always has everything we need to cook and stay comfortably. OARS made the kayak/SUP trip super simple and we had a great stay. »

« We loved staying in this beautiful old house! We enjoyed the character of the old house and the new updates! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated! We also enjoyed the game room. Only problem is that it is not handicap accessible. It would be nice if that was listed on the online description. We would highly recommend this house to others. »

« Arrived to an amazing country living house. The views of the fields, pond and tranquility are outstanding. Perfect location to visist with all my relatives that live in the area. « From communication to cleanliness to convenience the House on Grand has it all. Familiar with the area, they still offered suggestions we didn’t think of. The kitchen and bathrooms make you feel like you are at home with no detail overlooked. Each room offers a little slice of Western Pennsylvania to include the peaceful front porch.
