### Villa Ylang - Piscine et Jacuzzi

The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming 140 m² air-conditioned house with mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, with swimming pool and jacuzzi, for rent in the commune of Saint-Paul. It can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is as follows:  
Ground floor  
\- 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and mezzanine office area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with closet  
\- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with TV and bathroom including bathtub  
\- Bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin.  
\- Separate WC  
\- Sleeping area on the mezzanine above a dressing room: 2 single beds and a trundle bed (sleeps 2)   
  
Annexe :  
\- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A 9mx4.5m private swimming pool, heated and open all year round.  
\- Jacuzzi for 5 people, available all year round  
\- 200 m² partially enclosed garden  
\- A 45 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days  
\- Shower and separate WC  
  
The house is ideally located in Saint-Paul, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

\- Nearest train station: Gare De Saint Pierre about 37 min by car  
\- Nearest airport: Saint-Pierre Pierrefonds airport, about 37 min by car.
