"From the outside, this hotel doesn't look like much, but the location was perfect for us (show at the Albert-Rousseau theatre), and the bedroom we received was modern, ultra spacious and right next to the pool (or should I say the really nice tropical environment where the pool/spa are located). The staff at reception was also very polite and accommodating. The only important downside (not specific to Universal) is a new tendency in the hotel industry to stop "making the room" every day.
