### Le Gentiana - Triplex vue montagne

Come and enjoy the invigorating air of Savoie in this beautiful, newly renovated triplex on the top floor (no lift), offering breathtaking mountain views.   
This accommodation can sleep up to 6 people and is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It has a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, a balcony where you can enjoy a delicious meal and unobstructed views, a bathroom and a bedroom with mountain views on the second floor, and a mezzanine under the eaves with beds on the third floor. Tennis enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the residence has a tennis court available for tenants. This apartment is perfect for hitting the ski slopes in winter and going hiking in summer! The accommodation With a surface area of 50 m², the duplex is laid out as follows: Living area: - Living room with a sofa, a dining table for 6 people and a TV.   
\- Kitchen open to the living room: oven, refrigerator, hob, Italian coffee maker, kettle, raclette and fondue set, washing machine, crockery and cutlery... Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1 on the second floor: one double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).  
\- A mezzanine open to bedroom 1 on the third floor: one double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and two single beds - Shower room with shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer and wall-mounted toilet. - Storage space and hangers available.  
  
Outside: - A 5 m² balcony with a coffee table and two outdoor chairs. East-facing, from sunrise to midday, ideal for breakfast or brunch. The neighbourhood: The neighbourhood is very quiet and surrounded by mountains. The residence's tennis court allows you to play in a magnificent setting. The accommodation is located in a beautiful mountain valley at the crossroads of the Aravis and Beaufortain massifs. View of Mont Blanc, a 10-minute walk away. Close to all amenities, a 10-minute walk from the village of St Nicolas de la Chapelle and the village of Flumet, where you will find a supermarket, a chemist's, a bakery, etc.   
You can also visit the Val d'Arly cheese cooperative, a 5-minute drive from the slopes. Activities: In winter - Downhill skiing (Val d'Arly/Espace Diamant ski area with a total of 192 km of slopes) 5 minutes away by car or ski bus from the residence. The nearest chairlift is at Les Evettes. You can also visit the Megève and La Giettaz ski area, 15 minutes away by car. - Cross-country skiing in Praz sur Arly or Les Saisies. - Ski joering (on horseback) in Flumet. - Toboggan run. - Snowshoe hiking trails all around. - Ski touring.  
In summer - Private tennis court with free access. - Lake Flumet, a 10-minute walk away, for swimming. - Numerous mountain hikes. - Mountain bike and electric mountain bike trails all around. - Paragliding, climbing. - Downhill mountain biking with ski lifts (Espace Diamant or Espace Evasion Mont-Blanc).  
  
Transport - Bus in Flumet, with public transport available all year round. - Albertville SNCF train station 22 km away. - A free ski bus runs all winter from the bottom of the residence to take you to the Flumet ski resort in 5 minutes.  
\- Private, enclosed car park under the residence's tennis court (suitable for 4x4s), one private space. The car park has a height restriction of approximately 2 metres, so vehicles with roof boxes cannot be parked there. Other comments: - High chair available in the accommodation - The accommodation does not have a lift  
\- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). - Pets are accepted on request, please specify when booking. Only one small pet is accepted - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. - Very good quality 4G network To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (advertisement and booking management service) and Eva des Savoies Conciergerie (concierge/housekeeping service).
