It’s in St Nazaire sur Charentes, that I suggest you stop, in the south-facing, spacious and functional apartment, close to shops, close to the ocean, next to Port des Barques and its beaches. You can access the Madame Island on foot or by car, nearby you can take the ferry to the Isle of Aix, visit Brouages, and go for a walk in the marshes, in the accessible and nearby bird reserve. from the sea, and the countryside.

Appartement calme avec tout le confort. A 5 minutes en voiture des plages et proche des principaux lieux touristiques. Possibilité d'aller à l'Ile d'Aix à partir de la fontaine Lupin. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire.

10 nuits dans un appartement au calme avec un propriétaire au petit soin pour ses locataires. Malheureusement nous avons subit un désagrément d'hygiène lié à tout le bâtiment. Le propriétaire n'y était donc pour pas grand chose et a été très réactif pour tenter de palier à la gêne occasionnée. Nous aurions toutefois apprécié une remise ou un geste. L'appartement est très bien situé dans le bourg: superette, boulangerie, pizzéria et place de parking gratuite. Annonce conforme. Bilan: bon séjour dans un bourg où beaucoup de découvertes sont accessibles à +/- 30 minutes en voiture. Un propriétaire qui se soucis du bien être de ses locataires.

Logement très agréable : moderne, bien équipé, calme, propreté irréprochable, situé au milieu des principaux centres d’interêt de la région, stationnement au pied de l’immeuble. Propriétaire très sympathique et réactif. Bref, je recommande !

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. La propreté est irréprochable. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement qui est très bien équipé. Bien situé et au calme. Parking a proximité sans problème. Point de départ idéal pour visiter la région. Petits plus supplémentaires : excellentes pizzas et très bon pain proche de la location. Si nous en avons l’occasion nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
