With a shared kitchen, living room, and clean bathroom, it’s ideal for solo travellers or couples seeking a calm getaway. Perfect for exploration!  
  
Discover nearby villages like Petit-Palais-et-Cornemps and Gours, or enjoy wine tasting in Saint-Émilion. Golfers can play at Grand Saint-Emilion Golf Club (20 km away), and adventure seekers can try watersports at Bordeaux Jet (50 km). With the Coutras train station just 8.7 km away and Bordeaux a short drive, exploring is easy.   
  
Start your mornings with pastries from Le Pétrin Saint Médard (1.6 km) and enjoy fine dining at La Table du Pêcheur or La Bonne Auberge nearby. Unwind on the terrace with a glass of Bordeaux wine or fire up the BBQ for a casual evening. This shared house offers one room for rent, with the owner living on-site. The pool is heated to 28 degrees from May to late September.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
