"Lesgau" is a beautiful house that offers comfortable accommodations and a range of amenities for a memorable holiday rental experience. Situated on a 2,700 square meter property, this well-kept vacation rental boasts a stunning garden, an angular swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 135 cm) with internal staircase, shutter cover, and a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system, available seasonally from June 1 to September 30. Additionally, the property features a poolhouse, a table tennis table, a terrace, parking for two cars, and Internet Wifi.

Enjoy the outdoors at this delightful vacation rental by exploring the well-kept garden, taking a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool, playing a game of table tennis, or lounging on the terrace. The property's vast 2,700 square meter grounds provide ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 5-room house spanning 155 square meters across two levels. The living/dining room measures 60 square meters and features a dining table and flat-screen TV. It opens out onto a balcony and a south-facing terrace. The property boasts four bedrooms: one with a king-size French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony, another with two twin beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), and two rooms upstairs, each with a double French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a balcony exit. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Senseo coffee capsules.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation rental is fully furnished with comfortable and beautiful furnishings. It offers various amenities for your convenience, including air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer. You can also enjoy outdoor spaces such as two balconies (one south-facing), a roofed 25-square-meter terrace (north-facing) with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and six deck chairs. The property provides free Wi-Fi internet access.  
  
Other Information  
The property features two bathrooms: one with a shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor, and another with a shower/toilet combination upstairs. The house is suitable for families and is a non-smoking property with a smoke alarm installed. It offers beautiful distant views from the outdoor spaces.
