Ideal for a stay with family or friends and away from the hustle and bustle while remaining close to nature and the sea. The house, in duplex, offers on 90 m2 : \- a living room with an open and well-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hotplate, large fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, ... \- 2 bedrooms on the first floor: one with a double bed 140X200 and the other with 2 single beds 90X200\.
