Single storey house of 87 m2, in exposed stone, completely renovated in 2018, in the countryside with its unfenced plot of 700 m2, not overlooked, fresh and bright, quiet. Panoramic view of the Luberon massif. La Magnanerie adjoins the bastide l'Espatule, a pretty house full of character, not permanently occupied by its owners. The house includes: \- An entrance hall, \- A large living room, living / dining room equipped with a table for 6/8 people and 6 chairs, a leather sofa, 2 armchairs, a color television, a coffee table, 1 chest of drawers and a large chest. \- A fitted kitchen open to the living room. Kitchen equipped with a sink, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fan oven, a 4-burner induction hob, an extractor hood, a fridge / freezer, 2 coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), a casserole dish minute, toaster, kettle, multi-function robot, tableware (12 place settings) \- A central island equipped with 2 stools. \- iron and ironing board, \- vacuum \- Two rooms o a bedroom with 3 single beds with mezzanine (2 in 90X200 cm and 1 in 90X190 cm on the mezzanine), possibility of bringing together 2 beds to make a double bed. o a master suite with a shower room and sink, a double bed (160X200 cm). Das Eigentümer Paar war such sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit dem Neusten ausgestattet.Der Pool war sauber und ohne Chlor.Gekühlt wird das Haus über den Boden, zwar ist dieser eher kalt, aber keine blasen und brummen von einem Klimagerät. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ist neu, praktikabel und voll funktionsfähig. Die Betten sind fest und sehr bequem. Im Nachbarhaus wohnen sehr ruhige und freundliche Menschen, die die wunderschönen Gärten mit liebe Pflegen. Ihre Hingabe strahlt Ruhe und ZUfriedenheit aus. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und nur leicht gesalzen, schattige Plätze rundherum gibt es den ganzen Tag über - ein weiterer Ort zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar, viele kleine und größere Dörfer sind schnell zu erreichen, Märkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit und die kleine Boulangerie in Céreste ist mehr als einen Besuch wert, auch der Obst- und Gemüsestand, unweit am Starßenrand ist sehr empfehlenswert. Für uns insgesamt das schönste Ferienhaus und die schönste Lage seit vielen Jahren. La situation de la maison et de son jardin au milieu des champs procure un calme absolu et très apaisant, d'autant plus que la vue sur le massif du Luberon et sur Saint-Martin est superbe. La maison est située dans environnement magnifique, au calme et dispose de tous les équipements dans un cadre traditionnel. Nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur de la maison en période de canicule. L'accès se fait par une route de terre balisée. La piscine est agréable et les propriétaires discrets.
