We were greeted on arrival and appreciated the quick procedure, but we have to mention the fact that an unexpected extra fee was to be added in cash for the dog, although the booking, which included the dog, had been paid fully and was not refundable. This was resolved as the owner eventually accepted the rental for the agreed price. The house is well equiped and the situation is great, literally seconds away from the sea. However the property needs refurbishment and deep cleaning especially in the kitchen area and the attic room, which were not up to the expected standards in this price range. ##### Christophe G. Saint-Malo ist wirklich wunderschön, man konnte zu Fuß die Promenade entlang in die Altstadt intra muros. Wenn Probleme da waren, waren Michèle und Martin sofort zur Stelle. A noter escaliers assez raides (pour personnes âgées notamment) et pour le standing proposé la cafetière et le micro ondes mériteraient d’être remplacés ( socle chauffant de la cafetière rouillé et fuites, plafond du micro ondes à nu avec peinture écaillée).
