Cocoonr offers you this charming house to rent in Saint-Malo, just a stone's throw from the superb beach at Le Havre de Rothéneuf. The house is located in the heart of Rothéneuf, next to one of Saint-Malo's best bakeries. With a surface area of 80 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private courtyard. 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is as follows:

\- A sitting area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV   
\- Dining area with table and chairs   
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, etc.
