Beautiful apartment house "Bas-Sablons", 6 storeys. In the district of Saint Servan, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 30 m from the sea, west facing position. In the house: lift. Shop 150 m, restaurant 20 m, bakery 250 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Gaspé" 500 m, railway station "Gare TGV" 1.8 km, ferry "Gare maritime du Naye" 1.3 km, sandy beach "Bas-sablons" 30 m, diving center 200 m, thermal baths "Thermes marin de Saint Malo" 3.7 km. Sports harbour 200 m, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 3.5 km, tennis 2.1 km, riding stable 2.3 km. Nearby attractions: Grand aquarium de Saint Malo 3.6 km, Dinard 9.6 km, Dinan 27.5 km, Cancale 15 km, Le Mont Saint Michel 52 km, Marché de St Servan (mardi et vendredi) 250 m.
