Peace & quiet in the countryside, nestled on a "mini" south-facing plateau overlooking a bucolic valley of fields & meadows crossed by a small river (accessible from the property), close to beautiful wild & preserved forests including the vast forest of Gergy, the literal "green lung" of the area. Large, ecologically landscaped property with a "100% natural" feel (open to the public with the owner), classified as an "LPO refuge" (home to around twenty species depending on the season), including an unusual "mandala" vegetable garden, a chicken coop (chickens and ducks), beehives (off the property), an unusual "truffle farm" and a "forest garden" with a small pond.
