Had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency and they were not willing to give me a voucher for another stay and refused to refund my deposit. Won't stay there again and won't book through Expedia ever again!!!

Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
We were forced to use vallet parking because they were not allowing self parking that evening. Keep that in mind with added cost. Hotel was beautfil and clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were horrible, airy and flat.
