Winner of the 2016 architecture prize, its bioclimatic design and louvres, all fitted with mosquito nets, will allow you to enjoy the benefits of natural ventilation at any time of the day or night.  
  
Guided tour of this beautiful 195m² property which can accommodate 10 people:  
  
First floor:  
  
The upper level of the villa houses a gigantic master suite from which you can admire the ocean from your king-size bed. Equipped with air conditioning, it also has a large dressing room, a beautiful workspace, a shower room and a WC.  
  
Ground floor:  
  
The entrance hall leads to a beautiful shower room, a separate toilet, 3 large bedrooms and 1 master suite, all equipped with air conditioning and fan coil units, a large cupboard and garden access.   
  
The living area facing the terrace and pool offers an incredible indoor-outdoor living experience. The sea view is omnipresent! The contemporary kitchen, the centrepiece of the villa, combines aesthetics and functionality. Its marble-effect central island is the perfect place to prepare a gourmet meal or share an aperitif. The spacious living room, with its beautiful exposed beams, is perfect for young and old alike to enjoy a good film or a great board game.   
  
Then push open the bay windows and discover the pretty exteriors, where the omnipresent wood blends harmoniously with the surrounding nature:   
\- A shaded terrace, perfect for basking in the tropical sun.  
\- An 8x4m natural slate swimming pool, whose gentle cascading sound is an invitation to escape. Secured by an alarm, it is also heated during the austral winter from May to October.  
\- Comfortable facilities such as armchairs, deckchairs and fatboys for relaxing and socialising.  
\- A large covered and shaded dining table for enjoying meals all year round  
\- A pool house, equipped with a griddle, fridge, storage space for outdoor crockery, shower and toilet, so you can extend your days in style.  
  
The focal point of the property, the belvedere above the pool house offers a breathtaking view of the horizon and the magnificent bay of St Leu. In season, this privileged spot becomes the perfect vantage point from which to admire the majestic ballet of the whales. Binoculars are at your disposal so you can admire the spectacle as it should be!  
  
The charm of the villa doesn't stop there. Surrounded by a garden planted with trees, the villa promises a peaceful and enchanting environment, where wood adds a warm and authentic touch to the whole.  
  
Two private parking spaces complete the facilities of this exceptional villa, with also the possibility to easily park two other vehicles outside the property in front of the gate.  
  
The villa is just a 7-minute drive from St-Leu beach and its many bars and restaurants. Paragliding and the turtle observatory at Kélonia are also just a few minutes away.   
Halfway between the western beaches and the beautiful Etang-Salé beach in the south-west, it is also the ideal starting point for a host of tourist attractions. Close to all amenities, it is less than 5 minutes from the E.Leclerc du Portail shopping centre.
