Immersed in nature and offering tranquility at the end of a path, our farmhouse awaits you for a pleasant vacation with panoramic views of the Berry countryside. This 168 m² farmhouse features a shared courtyard at the front and a private garden at the back with a large terrace and a heated swimming pool (5.30 m x 3.30 m). On the ground floor: dining room, large living room (internet/Wi-Fi), fireplace, equipped kitchen with dining area, laundry room, bathroom (bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet). 1st floor: one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x210 cm), one bedroom with four single beds (90x190 cm), one bedroom with one king-size bed and one double bed (140x190 cm), and a shower room/toilet. Sheets and towels provided, beds made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning included. Electric heating (the rental price includes 8 kWh/day; excess heating will be charged at the current rate) and wood (€50 per cubic meter). Parking on the property. Property managed by a professional.
