Our property is a small two-bedroom, downstairs apartment that includes a living room, kitchen, and full bath. The house isn't fancy, but it has what you'll need to live comfortably for a month or more when traveling for work or pleasure. In the fenced backyard, you'll have use of a gas grill and table for six. We also have a washer and dryer in the basement. The house is located on a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood five blocks from downtown and a ten-minute walk to the beach. This house is not fancy, but super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing and we rode our bikes to the beach and town while we stayed and worked for 2 months. And had plenty of barbecues in the very ample back garden.
