« We had a beautiful stay on the peaceful & mesmerizing river from early mornings- drinking coffee, watching the fish jump & lounging outdoors. The inside of this rambling ranch was nicely renovated & had comfort, functionality in the kitchen/baths & awesome views of the river. We especially loved sitting by the windows in the LR & watching the lazy river go by! »

« I stayed for about 4 months and loved it here! The neighborhood is beautiful, and the home is just a brief walk to the beach. I had my small dog with me, who loved the fenced in yard and squirrels that inhabit the area. It was the perfect place for me to stay as a solo traveler! Thank you Terrie! »

« We stayed here because our nephew was getting married close by at Etre Farm. House was just as shown in the pictures. Very clean & cute. It was perfect for our stay. We had 4 adults,1 teen and a small dog. I would say that it only sleeps 4. The couch doesn’t pull out & there wasn’t an air mattress. We made it work though. I would definitely book again if we were in the area. »

« Communication with the property managers was superb via email and text - always a prompt, informative and polite response. The location was perfect, walkable to everything in downtown St. Joe, including the CKM, all of the shopping/eateries and Silver Beach.
