"J’ai réservé en me fiant beaucoup sur les photos et sur ce qu’il était marqué dans le inclus. En arrivant sur place, bâtisse défraîchi, le terrain et arbustes pas entretenus, le mobilier à l’extérieur disposés n’importe où sur l’espace libre, plein de toiles d’araignées, ça ne reflétait pas ce que les photos sur le site de réservation montrait. À l’intérieur , moisissures dans la salle de bain, taches sur les matelas, store brisé, bref j’ai commencé à discuter avec les responsables par courriel...
