Private: property 150 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Saint-Jean-du-Doigt/Plougasnou" 6 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Surf school 9 km, sailing school 9 km, riding stable 8 km. Nearby attractions: Locquirec 14 km, Cairn de Barnenez 11 km, Carantec 30 km, Roscoff et Jardin Exotique 38 km, Ploumanac'h et Côte du Granit Rose 55 km, Oceanopolis Brest 70 km. On the estate animal husbandry.  
"L'Hirondelle", 2-room house 30 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and electric heating. Wooden floors. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable).
