Located on the 7th floor of a building with an elevator, this studio is ideal for couples and families.  
Location – Océabull swimming pool / Ferris wheel:  
  
50m from the beach and 150m from the trails of the Saint Jean de Monts state forest  
Bakery at the foot of the building  
700m from the shopping district on Avenue de la Plage with its weekly food market and numerous shops.  
  
The apartment comprises:  
• A living room:  
\- A sofa bed: sleeps 2.  
  
\- A dining table with chairs  
\- A pull-out sofa bed: sleeps 2 (90x190cm)  
\- A flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi/fiber internet  
\- A large bay window opening onto a southeast-facing balcony, offering stunning views of the sunrise and a 180° panorama from the forest to the ocean.  
  
• A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a window overlooking the ocean, including: ceramic hob, mini electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, extractor hood, storage, Senseo coffee maker, and kettle  
  
• A bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit, toilet, and washing machine
