In Saint Jean de Monts, in a seafront residence on the 2nd floor without elevator, charming and comfortable apartment offering an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed that converts into two pull-out beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with two double bunk beds, and a bathroom with toilet. Private parking space.  
Beach in front of the residence, direct access to cycle paths and close to the forest and all activities (golf, tennis, thalassotherapy, tree climbing, fishing, etc.). A successful vacation guaranteed! No pets allowed. To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax (rate depends on the number of people) and deposit (€500). Optional services:
