### Apartment 'La Pirouette' with Mountain View, Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

Large 60 square metre flat in a chalet built in 2014, modern mountain style, south-facing balcony with magnificent views of the Aiguilles d'Arves. Comprising 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC.  
  
The chalet is located 200 metres from the Sybelles ski area (4th largest in France) and in the centre of the small family resort of St Jean d'Arves, with all shops close by.  
  
Free ski locker with boot dryer  
  
Options for extra fee available for bed linen, towel & cleaning  
  
Enjoy the shared outdoor area with a garden, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.  
  
The chalet features a view of the Aiguille d'Arves and is situated close to all essential shops.  
  
6 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.  
  
Families with children are welcome. Baby cots, baby baths, high chairs, and toys can be provided upon request. A babysitting service is available in the village.  
  
The property has a motorbike, bicycle, and ski storage.  
  
Pets and smoking are not allowed.  
  
Stag parties and similar events are allowed.
