For your holiday on the Vendée coast, we offer you this charming 60 m² accommodation in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, arranged for 4 people. Located in the city centre, you will have all small shops within reach, and the possibility of using a shuttle in July-August to go to the market and the beach.   
  
Installed on the 1st floor, above a medical practice, this accommodation offers a beautiful living room with a large bay window overlooking a 10 m² balcony. The equipped kitchen consists of an induction hob, a traditional oven and a microwave to prepare good little dishes. A combined fridge-freezer and a dishwasher are also available. To prepare good breakfasts, there is also a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.   
  
To savour the fruit of your labour, the kitchen ends with its dining area on an island. Friendly and warm, the whole family can sit on its comfortable high seats. Fancy a little digestive nap or watching a good film? A TV lounge area is available to you. Is the sun out? Enjoy the terrace to have your meals in the open air, the balcony is equipped for this.   
  
In the sleeping area, you will find a bathroom with a washbasin, a shower, a towel dryer and a hairdryer. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and the second has 2 single beds. For more comfort, the apartment has an independent toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
