Its magnificent exterior includes a large 68m² terrace, ideal for sunny days, with a dining table, a plancha and a garden lounge perfect for relaxing in summer. After a day by the ocean or a walk or activities on the Vendée coast, you will appreciate the comfort of this house. Cross the lovely stone courtyard, push open the entrance door and let yourself be charmed by this warm house. A corridor leads you to a large, bright living area open to the terrace. Here you will discover a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker and all the utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals. The dining area has a table that can accommodate 6 guests, while the lounge area, equipped with armchairs, a sofa and a television, is ideal for friendly evenings with family or friends. The night space consists of three bedrooms. The first, located to the left of the entrance, is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), a wardrobe, and a travel cot. The other two, smaller rooms, are located to the right and each has a double bed (140x190 cm). A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet complete the accommodation. The utility room houses a washing machine, an oven and a dishwasher, with direct access to the garage, ideal for storing your bicycles or where you will also find a 2nd fridge.
