The comfortable living room includes brand new couches with a sleeper sofa provided added sleeping space. Each bedroom has been meticulously updated with new mattresses and bedding, a fresh coat of paint, and new upstairs flooring. Indulge in luxury in the primary bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, 50in TV, and a scenic view from your private porch - a tranquil haven after a day of island exploration. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a twin bed with a trundle, TV, and another porch overlooking the Beach Club! Whether you desire a cozy night in front of the TV, a leisurely cup of coffee on the deck, or a beautiful island sunset, this villa sets the perfect stage for creating treasured memories. Conveniently located just a short stroll from the private community pool, the Beach Club, food trucks, pickleball and tennis courts, and fitness center, this villa grants unparalleled access to all the island's amenities. Dive into the lively community atmosphere, with everything you need within easy reach. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
