Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the front deck, take a stroll down to the Resort pool and, most importantly, relax and take in the ocean air! There is plenty to do for families looking to book their perfect beach vacation. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Sleeps 7) MAIN LEVEL- \* King size master bedroom with full bath \* Queen size bedroom \* Full/ Twin bunk bed room \* (1) Full shared bath SECOND LEVEL- \* King private suite with full bath AMENITIES: \* Flat screen Smart TV's (living room TV offers cable as well) \* Fully equipped Kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils (pans,flatware,dinnerware) \* High speed internet access with WiFi \* Linens (sheets, towels etc.) \* Kitchen appliances \* Outdoor shower \* Washer and dryer \* Ceiling Fans \*\* Harbor Island Parking Pass for 1 Vehicle included in the rate- more than 1 vehicle will be an additional fee per Harbor Island HOA\*\* The King master bedroom has a Smart TV and large full bath. The Queen bedroom has a Smart TV, and our favorite part, access to the front porch. The Full/Twin bunk bed room has a Smart TV and shares a full bath with the Queen bedroom. On the second level you'll find a private King suit with a private full bath and small deck. The living and kitchen areas feature an open floor plan with big windows so you won't miss the ocean views when cooking a meal or watching TV if your favorite game is on. There is an additional dining area with plenty of room to seat the whole family. The Carolina room is a great spot to enjoy bird watching or any of the wildlife here on Harbor Island. In addition, there is a poker table for family members who enjoy some competition! You also have access to the front deck from the Carolina room. The front deck offers a swing bench, outdoor dine seating, and wonderful views of the beach. Many guests enjoy their morning coffee or after dinner drinks here, we think you will too! This is our second family vacation on the island and this was by far the better location. The house was perfect for us! Only downside was no access to a golf cart but that wasn’t the end of the world! Located across the street from the beach we enjoyed wonderful views. The evening breeze was nice has we had our dinners outside as the sun went down. It was very clean and well kept. The swing was really nice. The property manager (Barry) was very helpful and always available via phone. It is just a short walk to the beach and the beach wasn't crowded at all, some days it was almost like having you're own private beach. The only negatives things that I could say is that it didn't come with the use of a golf cart and as a guest I wasn't comfortable with the "Ring" cameras on the outside, although if I was the owner I would want them. All in all we really enjoyed staying at this rental house and I would highly recommend it. We plan to stay there again next year. Can't wait!! ##### Mike C.
