You are steps away from the 6th tee box and a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach access. Impressive redesigned outdoor deck is spacious and can easily accommodate your family and friends. Hardwood floors throughout and tastefully decorated. Stocked kitchen with all cooking necessities. Air conditioned sunroom with spectacular views of the half-acre property and golf course. The home is also equipped with a quiet office space perfect for working remotely, if needed. This home has 4 bedrooms including an optional courtyard king bedroom if needed, a twin day-bed with trundle in the living room and sleeps 14 comfortably. Spacious home for families with multiple living areas available for dining and gathering. Minimal steps to the home entry which is wonderful for grandparents. Beautiful lot of tangled oaks and pine trees with plenty of shade. Private enclosed courtyard with outdoor shower. You will love to sit and relax outdoors at the glass fire pit under the stars listening to the ocean breeze. Welcome to Sand Dollar Court. Rental includes 6-seater golf cart. Amenity cards are available for purchase for access to 5 private resort pools, 2 championship golf courses, tennis and marina activities and more. Rental is Sunday to Sunday during summer months. We have a fully fenced courtyard if you are traveling with pets. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $50 pet fee per day per pet. An additional $500 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. We understand what makes a luxurous Fripp rental home and we would like to share our home with you. LeeAnn owns a trucking company and hauls sand and gravel to construction sites. Amy is a court stenographer doing depositions and working with attorneys. We named our Fripp home Sand Dollar Court because LeeAnn makes a dollar from sand and Amy makes a dollar from court. Sand Dollar Court is located on Dolphin Road on Fripp Island. Welcome to Sand Dollar Court. Pets - allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. The house was clean, well decorated, had everything you need in the kitchen and so many extras there was hardly time to take advantage of everything. The home has plenty of space to spread out, is perfect for traveling with dogs, comes with a golf cart, bikes, beach gear, games, propane fire pit and a very nice gas grill. We enjoyed watching the deer everyday in the yard and hundreds of herons nesting across the golf course. It was a very relaxing stay and we loved our first visit to Fripp Island! We’ve stayed on Fripp for many years now and this property was one on our favorites by a long shot. The location is super convenient to everything on the island, including two of our favorite beach accesses (1b and 13), the Spring Market, Ocean Point Golf course and restaurant, and the Beach Club (ice cream and grill). The layout was great for our party of 9 (4 adults, two 13 year old girls - who had their own room, two 10 year olds, and a 5 year old). Our family (2 adults, 10 & 5 year old) used the master bedroom with the king bed and a rollaway with ease. It’s HUGE and even has a cool little desk area. Our friends (2 adults and a 10 year old) stayed in the other en’ suite bedroom with two full size beds while their oldest daughter and her friend (both 13) shared the front bedroom with two beds. The layout and beds really worked well for our group - especially with the option for the rollaway beds. The rear porch was where we spent most of our time and it’s the ideal place to drink your morning coffee, sit and read a book, or play one of the many board games. The home was well-kept and offered everything we needed + more that we didn’t have the opportunity to utilize (like complimentary pass to Hunting Island State Park.) We grilled steaks one night and the grill provided is a nice grill. It’s newer, clean, and had plenty of propane. The garage and courtyard area made storing all of our stuff (bikes, beach gear, carts, etc) super easy and cleaning up after the beach was a breeze with the hose and outdoor shower area of the garage and laundry entry. The setting on the golf course is very peaceful and you sit back off and above the road which is unique for most of Fripp. There’s also a great rear deck and a hammock in the yard which the kids enjoyed! There was ample parking in the driveway for our oversized SUV, full-sized pickup truck, trailer, two golf carts, a Scoot Coupe and the kids still had room to ride bikes. Overall, this is an awesome rental that we would absolutely stay in again and we highly recommend it! ##### Charles B.
