### 130 Captain John Fripp Villa - OCEANFRONT

Our 2-story oceanfront villa has been totally renovated throughout and is just steps from the beach. Updated to include a REAL STAIRCASE from the open, large family room to the oversized upstairs bedroom and bath. After a day at the beach, relax in the spacious living room, watch tv, enjoy a book in the reading nook or play a round of cards at the game table.  The bright, vaulted ceiling kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need including new stainless steel appliances.  A K-cup coffee pot is provided for a great cup of coffee while you experience a peaceful morning on the deck. We have a washer and dryer in the property for your convenience.    
  
This villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.  The first-floor primary has an ocean view and a king bed. An adjacent guest bedroom includes 2 queen beds and a view of the pool.  The oversized third bedroom boasts 2 queens, 2 twins and plenty of space for hanging out.  Each bedroom is equipped with en ensuite bathroom, its own smart TV and all linens are new and are provided at no extra cost.   
  
Walk out your back door to Fripp's best beach or enjoy the ocean's sounds and views while sitting on your private deck. The Middle Island location is just steps from the Beach Club's Olympic pool, adult only pool and bar, shops, fitness center, restaurants, tennis, pickle ball courts and much more.  The courtyard is the perfect place for your family to play games or watch the deer roaming at sunset.  
  
A 4-passenger electric golf cart will be provided at no extra cost to you.  This is the prefered mode of transportation once on the island.  Your family will enjoy riding around and checking out the many amenities and sights the island has to offer.   
  
Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island Resort amenities.  There are two 18 hole golf courses, Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, bike rentals, gift shopping and several restaurants.  Through the marina you can rent bicycles, kayaks, golf cart, SUP or book a dolphin watch cruise.  Cards are $50 per person Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 the rest of the year.  A NEW 12.8%, of the total rent, resort fee will be charged to all Fripp Island rentals in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.  Children 13 and up must have their own card.  In order to go to the island restaurants, all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.

#### Beautiful unit!

This beautifully renovated 3/3 unit was perfect for our group of 8 friends. There were plenty of beds, baths and living space. Fripp Island is a favorite destination and this unit is in a convenient and beautiful part of the island. Communication with the the owner was excellent. It was a wonderful week and we unanimously agreed we'd happily return to this unit.

We just finished our stay on Fripp Island. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! Super convenient short walks to the beach and pools! Beautiful ocean views from the deck and from the living room. Was great for storm watching and night too! Tiffany was very attentive and quick to respond to any of our questions. Highly recommend!

#### Fantastic family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation with my 3 married children and our grandchildren. We had a bed for everyone and plenty of places to sit and relax without being crowded. The villa had everything we could think of to make our stay enjoyable. Having a golf cart included was fantastic. Daily golf cart rides were a hit with our grandchildren. We will definitely be back next year.

#### Beautiful holiday weekend in a spectacular place

We spent 5 days in this condo and everything was perfect. There is enough space for everyone to not feel cluttered. The unit was extremely clean, enough seating to be comfortable. The rooms are perfect with the perfect amount of furniture in them, and the bathrooms were extremely clean and with all the needed products. We made Thanksgiving dinner, after using the golf cart to go around the island, and become familiar with the area. We didn't have any problems making dinner, everything we needed was readily available and we loved making breakfast with the beautiful view and light coming through the windows. The beach is a few steps away. And while we didn't have direct view of the water, we had the view from the deck, and the windows that surround the living and dining areas. The unit is beautifully decorated, so you know they intentionally put it together, not just threw some things in there, as we've found in other places. We had young adults in our party and they enjoyed the place as much as the adults. The island itself is beautiful and so peaceful. We loved to see the deer everywhere and noticed how so many homes have quirky sayings about being in Fripp, i.e. "no frippin way" or "it's fripping unbelievable", which let's me know the owners of fripp island units truly love this magical place. During our stay, we visited nearby Savannah and Charleston, but would have had plenty to do if we also stayed at Fripp, the whole time. The communication with the property manager was the best I've ever had. While we tried not to bother her, as it was a holiday weekend, we did have to reach out a few times. She responded immediately and with the best disposition. We will be returning. I hope this helps other families' decision making process as we are truly happy with our stay, and I acknowledge that I'm not the easiest when staying away from home. Many blessings for 2023.

#### Fantastic Beach Villa

My family and friends just returned from a 1-week stay at this Captain John Villa. The property is 100% as advertised. Here are our favorite things about this place: location (right on the ocean); floor plan (the upstairs space for 2 teenage boys was perfect and the wrap around windows on the first floor afford great ocean views); the deck is perfect for grilling and relaxing while taking in the ocean view; the wildlife (deer are everywhere and the fishing around the island is great); and lastly, Tiffany, the property owner (she was absolutely amazing before, during and after our stay!). My only constructive feedback would be to research the Fripp Island amenities a bit more before booking your trip to make sure what’s open and what’s not. #### Family and Friends Spring Break getaway

Beautiful villa right on the beach! Loads of space for our HS senior and his 4 friends, our preteen and her friend, and us. The older ones loved having their own floor to themselves. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook for the week. Beach seemed to go on forever. Loved it!

#### Location was just perfect! Amazing views!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time! It was clean & decorated adorably. Linens were soft & we had plenty of bath towels. Had everything we needed. The golf cart was a huge bonus & made for such a fun experience. The porch was the best for morning coffee overlooking the ocean.

The owners were so accommodating!! The place was clean and had all the amenities that you could ask for! We loved the location!!! We definitely want to go back at a later date! Our whole family gives it a 5 star rating!!

#### Perfect location. Great access to beach and pool.

This property is in a great location. Close to the beach and the pool. Beds were comfy and the decor is very beachy and well done. Kitchen was well equipped. Having the golf cart was really great.
