Veranda Sunsets & Million Dollar Views- One Small Pet Considered Step into this lovely, totally renovated home and treat yourself to amazing ocean views and comfortable spaces in one of the most sought after locations on Fripp Island. Conveniently located near all island amenities and just a few steps from the Cabana Club and pools and Wardle's Landing Pier, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on Fripp. This rare 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in the Veranda Beach area has room for up to 7 guests (plus a bonus twin trundle). The bright, open-concept living, dining and kitchen area is perfect for family dinners and gatherings. The view from the front door through the living area, to the sunroom to the Cabana Club to the ocean is spectacular. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a quick snack or special occasion meals and features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and a convection oven. Step out into the 1st floor sunroom for a morning coffee and enjoy quiet evenings on the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the inlet and Atlantic Ocean. You’ll be amazed at the island wildlife and stunning sunsets. All of the bedrooms feature comfortable bedding with soft, high thread count linens and spacious storage. The primary bedroom has a private ensuite. Take in all the island has to offer from great beaches to kayaking, fishing, hiking and more. 17 Veranda is conveniently located close to all the island amenities and is only a short drive to Hunting Island State Park or the beautiful historic town of Beaufort. Two 4 seat electric golf carts are included with your rental. A PET MUST BE PREAPPROVED - Dogs under 40lbs will be considered. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for your pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. Pets - allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. We've always tried to stay on Bonito for the central location but decided to make a change this year. And boy are we glad we did. This is where the pros stay. The views are just incredible. This property did not disappoint. It had it all. Beautifully decorated. The kids loved the enclosed porch, with big sofa and many blankets on the main floor. Binoculars were a nice touch! I loved mornings and sunsets on the deck off the Master suite. This house has all the extras. A fully stocked garage that will satisfy any families beach needs. No more buying and leaving chairs and boogie boards. Lots of towels. Super soft and well maintained furniture and new appliances. The kitchen was so well stocked. You don't need to worry about a thing. Just get inside, unpack, and enjoy your week in heaven. Thanks for the great week! We will be back. ##### Jason B.
