Hop in the included golf cart and experience the island like a local.Hyp-Nautic Views, situated at the quiet, northern tip of the island, features a private community pool on the ocean and is surrounded by the Ocean Point golf course in the North Hampton community. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and tick/flea treatments to be considered with reservation. Number of pets allowed: 1 (dogs only). Pet weight requirement: no more than 65 lbs. NO SMOKING ALLOWED! Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere. No Club Card? No Problem! While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas!
