The villa is freshly painted and kitchen just renovated and professionally decorated to invoke a coastal cottage feel with a full range amenities. The HVAC, ducting and water heater are new as of 2024\. All floors were replaced in April 2025. Beautiful views from every window. Start the day gazing at the ocean through the picture window of the primary bedroom before moving onto the beach or golf course. Or maybe you would prefer to spend your time on the bike and walking trails? No matter what your plan for the day, be certain to end with dinner on the living room deck, the Atlantic Ocean as your backdrop. The Village of New Haven is located in the Ocean Point section of Fripp Island. In addition to the fabulous ocean views, this end of the island offers visitors access to the Ocean Point pool, and the Ocean Point Golf Course and Grille. The Village of New Haven offers residents a beautifully landscaped courtyard, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grills, a large oceanfront deck with seating. The title of the property is for real - there really is a spectacular view of the ocean from every room. The condo needs some serious repair work. Floors are buckling in many places, outside light fixture on the back porch was hanging by wires, some of the electrical outlets don't work, rugs in the entry way and kitchen are trip and slip hazards, the tv in one of thr bedrooms does not have cable service and only gets one channel, the weather stripping on the entry front door has a gap at the botton which allows bugs easy access to the condo, and the entire condo needs to be painted. ##### Robin H.
