This exquisite six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom house went under extensive renovations, making it the ideal destination for a Fripp Island getaway, this home features new flooring, fresh paint throughout, and new decking. The kitchen, the heart of the home, boasts a state-of-the-art 48-inch induction range with a double oven, offering both efficiency and culinary precision without adding excess heat to the air. It also includes a spacious 66-inch refrigerator-freezer, a new dishwasher, and an additional refrigerator in the garage for convenience. The fully equipped coffee bar features a Nespresso machine, a Keurig, and a drip coffee pot. For relaxation, the living room has been transformed with all-new furniture, creating a cozy, and inviting atmosphere. A beverage refrigerator ensures refreshments are always close at hand. Adjacent to the living room, a deck with brand-new furniture offers a view of the green to the Ocean Point 7th hole. The laundry room includes a brand-new, full-size stackable washer and dryer.
