Huge Private Pool. Short walk to beach access. "Bohemian Blue" is an Eclectic and spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath home on the corner of Tarpon and Sea Dragon (2)4 seat golf carts are included. Pet friendly for pre approved pets with a fee. Our street ends into one of the island's best beach accesses. Two bedrooms have 2 queen-size Beds in each. The primary bedroom has a king bed . The other two bedrooms have a queen bed in each. Each bedroom has a smart tv. This home also has a large dining area with a table that seats eight and barstools for four. The pool area, a screened porch and a large deck area add to the spaciousness of this home. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Preapproved pets are considered in the off season - pets not permitted June-August. "A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities." The property is outdated and could use a deep cleaning and organizing especially the kitchen. The location is great and we appreciate it is pet friendly. The private pool was nice and enjoyable. The house is big enough to accommodate more than a family of five. It is pet friendly.
