This two-story home offers a thoughtfully designed layout with the master bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom, conveniently located on the first floor. Wake up to breathtaking views of the Ocean Point Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean from your king-sized bed. The second downstairs bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed with a jack and jill bathroom shared with the hallway, ensuring comfort and convenience. Upstairs, the third bedroom provides a haven with a queen and twin-sized beds, private ensuite bathroom, and panoramic views that add to the overall allure. For additional accommodation, a queen-sized sleeper sofa is available, ensuring that every guest experiences the utmost in comfort and entertainment. This home is strategically located near the Fripp Island Resort amenities, including the Ocean Point Golf Links, Ocean Point Grill, and 24/7 beach access. Guests of 125 Ocean Point will also have exclusive access to the private Sandown Community pool! A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities. Guest Cards Included: Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels.
