### Le Regency - à 5 min à pied des pistes

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming apartment with mountain views for rent in the town of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. It has a surface area of 43 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one of which is a cabin) and a bathroom (with bathtub). Sheets and towels are included, so all that's left is for you to arrive!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, and more  
\- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom (closed cabin): with a bunk bed (a double bed below (5'3“ x 6'3”) and a single bed above (3'3“ x 6'3”)  
\- A bathroom with bathtub  
\- A separate toilet  
  
Outside:  
\- A 16 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.  
  
Activities:  
\- The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the cable car to the ski slopes and the new valley lift to Le Fayet  
\- You can also reach the Thermes lift in 20 minutes on foot  
\- Everything is within walking distance of the accommodation (ice rink, swimming pool, mini golf, mini-market, restaurants, ski rental, etc.)  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park, as well as in the covered car park (2 spaces in total).  
  
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Saint-Gervais-les-Bains-Le Fayet, about 3 miles away  
\- Nearest airport: Geneva, about 56 miles away
