### 6-Person Apt in Saint-Gervais, Pool

Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Saint-Gervais this 2-rooms alcove apartment with sleeping area of 38m² that can accomodate up to 6 people.   
This studio is located on the floor -2 and offers you an East exposure. Its terrace allow you to enjoy the beautiful view offered on Mont-Blanc.  
  
Please note : Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/socks in the boot) is compulsory from 01/11 to 31/03 each year.  
  
The studio is composed of :  
  
\- A living-room with sofa, television and dining area.   
\- An equipped kitchnette with electric hob, dishwasher, micro-wave, coffe maker, fridge.   
\- A bedroom with double bed.  
\- A cabin with bunk bed.  
\- A sleeping area with sofa-bed.  
\- A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.   
  
Additional equipments : ski locker, fondue machine, swimming pool and tennis in summer and shuttle in winter. No pets allowed.  
  
Additional services (optional, with additional cost, subject to reservation and subjetc to availability; for prices, contact us):

Logement très bien équipé et chaleureux...face au Mont Blanc : juste Magique ! On a l'impression d'être en Haute Montagne !! Le plus : la piscine en libre service et chauffée !
