Come and enjoy this fully renovated apartment in an old trimmings factory dating from 1850, housing the comfortable furnished apartment and the owners' house. Nestled in a quiet area, with a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, you will be a stone's throw from the Loire gorges, but also from the city of St-Etienne: its attractions, its amenities and its many cultural and leisure facilities. With a full southern exposure and beautiful openings, the apartment is bright and has a warm character!
